We have done most of our business with companies registered on your website and we have known all to be genuine and reliable. Recently I travelled to Zambia from the UK to do business with Kasai Gold Mines but could not get the expected business deal.I paid USD17000 towards the purchase of gold nuggets and now that I am back in the UK the circumstances being cited by Mr Soliano Katumbi are such that I need to pay more money before I can get the goods. There is also a lot of inconsistency and doubt in the way the representatives of the company communicate with me. I am suspecting that this organisation is not authentic. Could you kindly help us get clarification from Kasai Gold Mines for the benefit of other web shoppers using this website.

    The internet posts by Mr Alphonso Quashie who is a citizen of the United States of America are not only false but malicious and misleading to the public.

    He is known by several internet aliases used to mask his identity which include “INDIGO” on the website 419scammersexposed.com; “ADVANCED FEE FRAUD” on the website 419advancefeefraud.blogspot.com; and “MYSTERYQUESTl” on the website 419advancefeefraud.wordpress.com.

    First and foremost, I don’t know this man. I only got to know his real names after engaging a law firm in the United States which unmasked his true identity. Alphonso has neither any proof nor evidence to back up his unfounded claims.

    I am a genuine businessman and director to four well established companies in Zambia. Our business offerings range from Transport & Logistics Operations to Real Estate and Farming Establishments. All these project ventures can be verified with the local authority in Zambia.

    Further more, I have no criminal record in or out of Zambia and I can freely travel the world without anything to fear or hide at all. To prove my point in fighting these malicious allegations by Alphonso, I have posted some court documents on https://true-unveiled.com/ as reference to expose these defamatory statements.

    I took this matter to the Courts in the USA as evidenced by these court documents and this matter is now active in the Courts of Zambia, being handled by my lawyers.

    This is Kennedy Nhliziyo responding to the question asked by someone on 21 November above.

    Firstly, I accept that the names and images posted on this website belong to me. This information was extracted from my Facebook page and other social media sites and posted here by Mr Alphonso Quashie without my consent.

    Secondly, there is no victim or anyone who claims to have been dishonestly treated by me. If there are victims or anyone you know, please let them come forward with their evidence and post it here to back up their claims. I have nothing to hide or any desire to coverup anything on these false allegations. That's why I have legally contested the allegations in the highest courts.

    Thirdly, the allegations against me were first posted in 2014 by Mr Alphonso. We are now in 2022, and surely if there was anyone I ever scammed or treated dishonestly, they should all have openly come out and made their complaints known by now, or even taken legal action against me. Can you or anyone show proof of my involvement or any participation in scams?

    Lastly, I want to put it clear to any readers of this publication and to the followers of Mr Alphonso Quashie, that these publications and allegations levelled against on all 419 websites were purposed to tarnish my public image in order to lure visitors to these websites for commercial gain. All my personal details and contacts have been published for anyone who wants to challenge me personally including Mr Alphonso himself.     I am writing to publish an observation on the comments posted on November 30, 2008, by me, Everson Mpofu, and sited by the author of 419.com on this site.

    I have repeatedly written to the 419.com admin since 2014 explaining my position and how this issue was resolved and requested removal of my comments from the website at http://www.419scammersexposed.com/database/showentry.php?e=1030, but to no avail. I have also posted comments on the website pages which were ignored and subsequently removed by the website administrator.

    I have seen the questions being asked by other readers here on the 419.com comments and decided to write a follow up comment to this posting which I previously copied to Mr Billy Michaels in 2008 against Soliano Katumbi. I would like to bring to your attention my concern affecting our relationship with Mr Kennedy Nhliziyo who was not the person I dealt with on the matter I complained about. In my previous correspondence I indicated to you that associating Mr Kennedy Nhliziyo with the complaint I made against Soliano Katumbi of Kasai Gold Mines, is not correct.

    I asked you to remove my comment from your website page and not use it as incrimination evidence against Mr Kennedy Nhliziyo because he is not the person I complained against. I think you will also appreciate that it is not legally correct for my allegations to point to someone who neither wronged me nor were involved in the incident I complained about.

    We have been doing business with Kennedy Nhliziyo since 2007 in our Southern Africa logistical operations well before this matter was reported, and we have not had any issues in our dealings.
